Delivery
Your MONKOSE order is processed and shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. We are committed to deliver your order quickly and in perfect shape! Here’s what you need to know about shipping with us:
Estimated delivery: Orders within Belgium and the Netherlands are usually delivered within 2 business days. During exceptionally busy periods, deliveries may take 3-4 business days. Orders to other EU countries are delivered in 3-7 business days.
Shipping rates: Free delivery throughout the European Union.
Order confirmation and tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to the monitor your delivery on the website of our logistics partner.
Returns and exchanges:
We hope you love your MONKOSE order! However, if you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, here's how it works:
Return policy: You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or an exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original MONKOSE packaging.
How to: To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@monkose.com and include your order number. We will provide you with a free return label and further instructions.
MONKOSE highly values its interactions with its customers, so please feel free to tell us why you're returning or exchanging the product. This feedback helps us do better next time - we won't take it personally.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive your return.
Defective items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@monkose.com with your order number and details on the issue. MONKOSE will arrange a replacement item at no additional cost. We will also send you a free return label so we can investigate the issue, and - when possible - repair the item for a second life.
