Shipping information

We are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about shipping with us:

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location. You can view the shipping options and costs at checkout.

Delivery time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days for deliveries in Belgium and 3-7 business days for deliveries across Europe.

International shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders outside the European Union.

Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery on our carrier’s website.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Return policy: You can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

How to return: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@monkose.com with your order number. If you have any feedback, feel free to mention it as well. We're happy to learn from you. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a few business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, please let us know in your return request. We will assist you in processing the exchange and sending out an alternative.

Defective items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@monkose.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
